RACETRAC USA VS. BELGIUM TICKET SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES (the “Rules”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS OF GA, 18 OR OVER AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The RaceTrac USA vs. Belgium Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1st, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 21st, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s internal time clock is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Submissions must be received within the Sweepstakes Period and will not be accepted if received after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents of Georgia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Officers, directors, and employees of RaceTrac, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Atlanta Falcons Stadium Company, LLC (the “Stadium”), and each of their affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each, and any other entity associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void outside Georgia and where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws. Each entrant, by entering, represents and warrants that they meet the above eligibility requirements and agrees to abide by these Rules.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a RaceTrac store in Georgia and purchase any 2 pizza slices. Entrant must enter their RaceTrac Rewards phone number or scan their app at checkout. No purchase is necessary, see alternate electronic mail entry below.
Alternate Electronic Mail (“Email”) Entry Method: Entrant must submit an entry form pursuant to the instructions and requirements stated below. Entrant must submit an Email in English, which includes the following information: Entrant’s first and last name, age, complete address (no PO Boxes and including ZIP Code), telephone number and email address, and having the subject line of “RaceTrac USA vs. Belgium Ticket Sweepstakes”. The Email must be sent to: [email protected] and must be sent no later than 3/21/2026. Upon Sponsor’s receipt of the entry form, Entrant will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Free Internet access is available at many public libraries.
Your entry shall be referred to collectively herein as a Submission. An eligible Submission enters you in the Sweepstakes for a chance to win the prize. Proof of sending a Submission does not constitute proof of receipt. RaceTrac, Stadium, and any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, and any of their advertising/promotion agencies, and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives or assigned (collectively “Released Parties”) are not liable for any disputes between participants and/or entrant related to the Submission.

Sweepstakes Entry Restrictions. Limit one (1) entry per natural person during the Sweepstakes Period. Persons discovered to be entering under multiple email accounts will be disqualified. Submissions made on another’s behalf by any other individuals or any other entity, including but not limited to commercial contest/Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this Sweepstakes. Submissions made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method will be disqualified. By entering, entrants confirm that they are 18 years of age. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify false Submissions or Submissions suspected of being false. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner (as hereinafter defined), Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine the Winner to be the person who owns the winning email account.

Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely Submissions are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected Submissions; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used for Submission will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Submissions specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

4. SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE WINNERS: Two winners (the “Winners”) will be randomly selected at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period on or about 3/23/26 from among all eligible Submissions (received from both the automatic entry and the email submission, treated equally) received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes drawings. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible Submissions received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION: Once the selection of the Winners is complete, the selected Winners will receive an email from the Sponsor letting them know they’ve won the Sweepstakes. The Winners will then provide the Sponsor with their full name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number for ticket-sending purposes. The prizes will be sent to the Winners at the contact information provided. Failure to respond within 24 hours of receipt of the email may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to another entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of Winner(s). Sponsors are not obligated to attempt to notify potential Winners by any other method or means of communication. Winners be required to electronically sign and return via email/email link, a Declaration of, Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) and Assignment of Rights (“Declaration Package”) within twenty-four hours (24) of notification attempt. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until the entrant's eligibility has been verified and the entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

6. PRIZES, AND APPROXIMATE/ RETAIL VALUES (“$260”): 2 Prize Winners will receive: 4 tickets and 1 parking pass each to the USA vs. Belgium match on March 28, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. ET at Mercedes-Benz Stadium with specific seat location to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion ($260 per winner, $1,840 total given away ) (the “prize” or “tickets”).

7. ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS FOR EVENT TICKETS: Use of any game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see ticket website for details. Event date and time are determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game, event, or exhibition, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable Stadium and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor, Stadium, and the applicable entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition Sponsor, Stadium, and the entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; Acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any game, event or exhibition. Game, event, and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, or offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/ tickets.

By accepting the tickets, the winner agrees: (i) that they are responsible for all federal, state, and local income tax liability on the tickets received and all other obligations and expenses that are associated with receipt and use of the prize regardless of the value; and (ii) to release and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of prize.

No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of tickets is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the Winner cannot attend the game on the date specified, they will forfeit the tickets.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and in the event of cancellation, the prizes will be awarded in random drawings from among all eligible Submissions received per Entry Period and overall prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected Submissions; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the submission process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate these Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Submissions and modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Sponsor, Stadium, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Submission process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Submissions; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

11. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, PANDEMICS, OR TERRORISM.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

12. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited, each Winner by acceptance of the tickets, grants to the Sponsor and Stadium the right to publicize his/her name (first name and last initial), address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for advertising, trade, and other purposes, throughout the world, in perpetuity, in any manner, without limitation and without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Each Winner agrees to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by Sponsor and/or Stadium. For purposes of administrating the Sweepstakes and awarding the prizes, Sponsor may disclose or transmit such personal information to third parties rendering services in relation to the Sweepstakes.

13. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

14. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.racetrac.com/Privacy-Policy, and the Stadium’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.mercedesbenzstadium.com/privacy-policy. .Entrants should be aware that Sponsor and Stadium may be collecting non-public, personally-identifiable information about them in connection with the operation of the Sweepstakes.

16. WINNER LIST: The identification of the Winner is (“Winner List”) available for ninety (90) days after March 21, 2026. To receive the identity, send an email to [email protected] with “RaceTrac USA vs. Belgium Ticket Sweepstakes” as the subject line. Winner List will be sent after the prize has been awarded.
