SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The RaceTrac Custom Owala Water Bottle (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, July 27th, 2026 (7/27/26) and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, July 29th, 2026 (7/29/26) (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s internal time clock is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Submissions must be received during the Sweepstakes Period and will not be accepted afterward.

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal U.S. residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Verification of occupation is required. Officers, directors, and employees of RaceTrac, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family/household members of each are not eligible. Void outside Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia where prohibited.

There are two (2) ways to enter:

Email Entry: Email [email protected] with required information and subject line “RaceTrac Custom Owala Water Bottle Giveaway” by 11:59 p.m. ET on 7/29/26.

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Limit one (1) entry per natural person. Automated or multiple entries are prohibited. Sponsor may disqualify any false or suspect submissions.

SELECTION OF WINNER

One (1) Winner will be randomly selected on or about July 30th, 2026, from all eligible submissions.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

The potential Winner will be contacted by Instagram DM or email and must respond within 24 hours. Winner may be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.

PRIZE

One (1) Custom RaceTrac Owala Water Bottle. ARV: $30. Prize awarded “as is.” No substitution or transfer except at Sponsor’s discretion. Taxes are the Winner’s responsibility.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or errors of any kind.

Entrants release Sponsor and Instagram from all liability associated with participation or prize use. All prizes are provided “as is” without warranty.

Except where prohibited, Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes.

DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the States of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
