RaceTrac franchisees should have strategic agility, business acumen and integrity. Ideal candidates will possess a desire to join a hands-on business opportunity where franchisees are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. Potential franchisees should have a net worth of at least $700K and liquidity of at least $350K.

Step 1

Learn Then Apply

Attend an informational session to learn about the opportunity, investment, and terms of the deal. If the opportunity feels like a fit for you, be sure to complete an application.

Step 2

Informal Interview

Once you have attended an informational session and completed an application, our Franchise Sales Specialist will be in touch to ensure you meet our initial qualifications and to issue the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Once the FDD is signed, talk with our Franchise Sales Specialist, allowing us to learn more about each other.

Step 3

Submit Your Business Plan & Proforma

Create a Business Plan and Proforma. This step allows us to see how you plan to run the store, as well as allows you to start seeing the numbers come together. Once completed, sit down with our Director of Franchising for an interview and to review your Business Plan. Additionally, you will take an assessment to help determine if this opportunity is a fit.

Step 4

Work with Operations Team

Spend a day in a RaceTrac store learning what it takes to be a RaceTrac Franchisee. Preceding and succeeding the In Store Overview, interview with RaceTrac Franchise Operations and RaceTrac Operations.

Step 5

Discovery Day

Come to our Store Support Center in Atlanta, GA, to meet the team and hear from the senior leadership that will be helping provide the framework to your success. The Discovery Day will end with your final interview with the President of RaceTrac, Inc.

Step 6

Sign Your Agreement

You are now on your way to becoming a RaceTrac Franchisee! The final step of the recruitment process will be for you to sign the Franchise Agreement. *About 2 months from date of application to selection
