Store Associate
As a RaceTrac Store Associate, you are the front line to our ongoing guest service promise. Your energy, teamwork and winning attitude is the friendly face of RaceTrac that our guests interact with everyday and expect when they shop at RaceTrac.
Training
RaceTrac has an extensive training program for all levels of store team members. As a Store Associate you will receive training and development in a wide variety of store operations including guest service, food service, inventory management, general operations, and preventative maintenance. It is our goal to develop and equip all associates with the skills you'll need to meet our guests's expectations and have the opportunity to progress into a store management role at RaceTrac.
