Managing Your Health
Minor Medical Plan
RaceTrac offers you the Minor Medical Plan which provides limited medical coverage through a network of providers. You are able to cover yourself as well as your eligible dependents at an affordable rate.
Dental Insurance
RaceTrac offers dental coverage for you and your eligible dependents. You have the freedom to choose your own provider(s) as there are no network requirements. The dental plan also includes an orthodontia benefit for any eligible dependent children under the age of 19.
Hospitalization Insurance
RaceTrac offers hospitalization coverage which reimburses you a defined amount of room and board charges for an inpatient hospital stay of over 24 hours. Hospitalization coverage is available for purchase for you and your eligible dependents at group rates.
Vision Insurance
Vision insurance is provided to employees who enroll in the Dental or Hospitalization Plan(s). Vision coverage includes one free eye exam per participant each year, a contact allowance, as well as discounts with network providers.

Voluntary Life Insurance
Voluntary Life Insurance is available as a supplemental plan to aid in the economic protection for your beneficiaries. You may purchase additional life insurance for yourself and any eligible dependents at group rates.

Savings and Profit Sharing Plan (401(k) Plan)
RaceTrac offers a 401(k) plan allowing tax deferred savings for retirement. You may contribute up to 25% of your eligible compensation (subject to the IRS maximum), and RaceTrac matches a portion of the compensation you defer. This plan offers multiple investment options, accepts rollovers from other qualified plans, and offers loans for qualified employees.
Credit Union
As a RaceTrac employee you are eligible for membership at Lockheed Credit Union and Delta Community Credit Union, which offer services including checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Achieving Work/Life Balance
Direct Deposit
RaceTrac offers direct deposit into any bank you choose. Direct deposit may be divided between multiple accounts; however, you must direct deposit 100% of your pay to participate in the program.
Holiday Pay
All hourly employees who work during the hours of 10:00 p.m. Christmas Eve Day to 10:00 p.m. Christmas Day will be paid time and a half.
Time Off Benefits
Vacation Pay
RaceTrac offers between 2 and 5 weeks of paid vacation leave based on your seniority with the company. Vacation time is awarded upon your anniversary date and cannot be rolled over.
Scholarship Program
All degree seeking, in-store team members are eligable to apply for a $1,000 scholarship to be used for tuition, fees, books, and/or supplies required for a your program at any accredited two and four year college or university. Winners will be selected based on a combination of performance evaluations and other eligibility requirements.
